Please read
the disclaimer below before emailing us. Thank You.
We do not accept solicitations from potential clients who contact us by of email. You cannot create a confidential attorney-client relationship with us by sending us confidential information related to you and/or your company or situation unless we have expressly authorized the submission of such information. If you communicate with us in connection with a matter for which we do not already represent you, you should not send us confidential or sensitive information via e-mail because your communication will not be treated as privileged or confidential. Before engaging in any discussion which may be the basis for forming an attorney-client relationship, we must first determine whether any of the potential parties or adverse parties involved may create a conflict of interest based on our existing client base. If you are interested in discussing a potential matter with the attorneys in our firm, we ask that you contact our office by telephone at (406)543-1550 to provide the names of the potential parties and adverse parties involved, as well as the general area of representation sought (personal injury, litigation, estate planning, labor law, etc.), so we may conduct a conflict check. If no conflict appears to exist, we will then contact you to advise whether we are interested in discussing the potential of representing you. Only after a specific discussion of the type of work and scope of representation involved will an attorney-client relationship be formed.
